A reminder goes out
When a fee is due, the parent gets a WhatsApp message with the amount, your UPI ID and your QR code.
The parent pays you
They pay from PhonePe, Google Pay or any UPI app, straight into your bank account. Cash at the counter works too.
The payment is recorded
OrbitEdu reads the payment screenshot, matches it to the right student and asks you to confirm with one tap.
The receipt is sent
The parent gets a receipt on WhatsApp, the dues update, and the reminders stop on their own.
