1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between OS Technologies, 1-64, Main Road, Block 2, Sangareddy District, Atnur, Telangana 502251, India (“we”, “us”), and the institution or person using OrbitEdu (“you”). By creating an account or using OrbitEdu, you accept these terms.

2. What OrbitEdu does

OrbitEdu is software that helps coaching and tuition centres manage students, fees, attendance and communication with parents, including messages on WhatsApp.

3. Fees collected from parents

Parents pay fees directly into your own bank account or UPI ID. OS Technologies does not receive, hold or transfer these fees, and is not a payment aggregator or bank. OrbitEdu helps you record payments; you are responsible for confirming that money has actually reached your account before you mark a fee as paid. Any refund of fees to a parent is between you and that parent.

4. Your account

• Keep your login secure and give staff access only to what they need.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at hello@orbitedu.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Your responsibilities for data and messages

• You may enter only data you are allowed to use, and you must obtain verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before entering a child’s data, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• You must message only parents who have agreed to receive messages from your centre, and follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.
• You must not use OrbitEdu for spam, fraud or anything unlawful.

6. Plans, subscriptions and message credits

Paid plans are billed in advance for each month or year, at the price shown when you subscribe. Plans that include automated WhatsApp messages come with a monthly allowance of message credits; you can buy extra credits as prepaid top-ups. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice. Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

7. Pilot programme

During the pilot, OrbitEdu is provided free of charge and “as is”, while features are still being built and tested. We may change or pause pilot features.

8. Your data

Data you enter belongs to you. We use it only to provide OrbitEdu, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.

9. Our intellectual property

The OrbitEdu software, name and logo belong to OS Technologies. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the software.

10. Availability

We work to keep OrbitEdu available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. WhatsApp delivery also depends on Meta’s services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable. After closure, you can export your data for 30 days.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Telangana.
